Patience is learning how to wait when you really don't want to. It's discovering things you like to do while you're waiting, and becoming so happy with. . . what you're doing that you forget you're waiting.
Patience is taking time every day to dream your dreams and develop the confidence in yourself to change your dreams into reality.
Patience is being good to yourself and having the faith to hold on to your dreams, even as days go by when you can't see how they will come true.
Patience is loving others even when they disappoint you and you don't understand them. It's knowing how to let go and accept others as they are and forgive them for things they have done.
Patience is loving yourself and giving yourself time to grow; it's doing things that keep you healthy and happy, and it's knowing that you deserve the best in life and are willing to work for it, no matter how long it takes.
Patience is being willing to face whatever challenges life gives you, realizing that life has also given you the strength and courage to endure and deal with each challenge.
Patience is the ability to continue to love and laugh no matter what your circumstances may be, because you recognize that in time those circumstances will change, and that love and laughter are what give life deeper meaning, and you the determination to continue to have patience.

The Amazing Dimash!
I posted my two favorite songs performed by Dimash (so far) last Wednesday. I am very impressed with him. If you missed those two songs, I highly recommend you go back and listen to him sing them. He is phenomenal! These videos I am posting are from his competition on the show Singer 2017 currently on the Hunan Television Network.
Singer 2017 is the first season of Chinese television series Singer (A version of American Idol). This contest is being aired Saturday nights from January 21 to April 22, 2017 on Hunan Television. It is in this contest that we have discovered an amazing gifted voice - Dimash Kudaibergen from Kazakhstan. I can't get Hunan TV so I've been keeping up with the contest through their Wikipedia page and YouTube. I don't know how they score the contest but from what I've been able to discern, it looks like Dimash has won first place with four of the six different songs so far. I think he is currently in first place overall with a slight lead over the artist in second place. He seems to be a real sweetheart with a phenomenal voice. I am hoping he wins the contest as he has already won my heart.

you create a resistance against fear.
Resistance, in any form, does not end fear.
What is needed, rather than running away
or controlling or suppressing or any other resistance,
is understanding fear; that means,
watch it,
learn about it,
come directly into contact with it.
We are to learn about fear, not how to escape from it,
not how to resist it through courage and so on.

we don't evaluate what we are upset about.
Ask yourself what you are afraid of,
as anger is almost always fear in disguise.
If we think something or someone threatens us,

Find out what you're upset about.
We rarely are upset for the reason we think.
